No Fuss Dinner Salad

Don't we just love to have the liberty to eat fresh greens whenever we want to at home?
I know it can take time to prepare one but what if I tell you I have a salad recipe that you can prepare in less than 5 minutes and it's guaranteed to be delicious. Would you try it? Well you should.
For this one, I used left over Rotisserie Chicken which I just reheated on the grill and some fruits and vegetables left in my pantry. You can use whatever is available whether it's fish, lean pork or chicken meat - it's ok!
Prep time: 3-5 minutes.
Serving Size : 1-2 (depending on your appetite lols! )
What you will need:
Protein - Chicken, pork, Fish
Vegetables - Lettuce, tomatoes and onions
Fruits- Watermelon and ripe mangoes
Condiments:
2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 a teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 a teaspoon white sugar Sugar or honey
Instructions:
1.) slice all fruits and vegetables thin or chunky depending on your preference.
2.) Reheat or cook your protein and slice accordingly
3.) mix all the condiments together.
4.) Put vegetables and fruits in a plate and pour in the dressing, top with the protien.
5.) Enjoy!
