Tired of thawing a whole container of meat when only need a portion of it?

I know how frustrating it can be to wait for hours before a frozen piece of meat is ready for cooking.

So I am sharing this clever trick to all of my fellow Foodies! It works for me and I am sure it will for you too.

I usually buy meat in batches once a week and just like you, I suffered multiple episodes of prolonged hunger just because my meat isn't ready for cooking yet. So when I stumbled upon this trick I didn't waste anymore time.

I bought a box food-grade zip-locks and cut all the meat into serving desired portions. Put in the meat portions accordingly then indicated the date it was purchased so I would know which one to consume first.

I just stack them up inside the freezer and whenever I have to thaw a portion I just take one bag and defrost it. Since it's already frozen in small quantity, it took less time to thaw. I also got rid of food spoilage due to repetitive thawing.

This works for your favorite seasonal fruits to!

Try this out and lemme know how it goes ! :)
