Here's a good fish recipe for those fancy dinners at home. It's quick and easy to prepared, nutritious and absolutely mouth watering.

En Papillote is French for "in parchment"), or al cartoccio in Italian, is a method of cooking in which the food is put into a folded pouch or parcel and then baked.

Serving Size: 1-2 Persons

Prep time - 25-30 Minutes

Method of cooking: Baked

You will need: Aluminum Foil (size depends on the amount of fish you will use)

2-3 fillets of any fish of your liking

Lemon Slices

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

4-5 thin tomato slices

Half of a medium sized white onions

A pinch of dried thyme

12/ teaspoon Garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil (or plain canola/cooking oil)

Procedure

1.) Pre-heat oven to 180 Celsius

2.) Wash fish fillet and slice onions, tomatoes and lemons thinly.

3.) Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet. I used roughly 12 X 11 inches on this recipe. Fold the edges half way through.

2.) Arrange fillets inside the aluminum foil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme. Add olive oil and top with onions, tomatoes and lemon slices.

3.) Fold aluminum foil into a pouch making sure all edges are sealed.

4.) Bake in the oven on 180 Celsius for 20-30 mins.

5.) Enjoy!
