French Toast

Give your breakfast some swag with this super easy to prepare french toast with fruits and yogurt drizzled with some organic honey.

Serving Size: 2

Prep time : 5 mins

Ingredients:

2 loaves whole wheat bread

1 egg

1 cup milk (I used fresh milk)

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Topping

Fruits - Mango, grapes banana and orange (or whatever is available)

1 tablespoon organic honey

2 tablespoons plain yogurt.

 

Procedure

1. Mix egg, cinnamon powder, milk in a bowl and mix well.

2. Soak one loaf of bread at a time, once the bread soaked up enough of the mixture, set it aside and prepare the non- stick frying pan.

3. Put butter into a pan and set on low heat, once the butter melts, fry the soaked bread approximately 1-2 minutes per side or until it turns golden brown.

4. Once done, top with sliced fruits, add yogurt and honey.

5. Enjoy!
